Psycho-Pass – Public Safety (R) [07/22/2021]

The public safety branch in Psycho-Pass is designed to serve and protect the general public. It is composed of several members of different positions each meant to manage and enforce the laws of society.

Most of the red cards in the set seem to feature oversized cards with the hopes of trying to gain more power and beat down your opponent. The Kogami cards shown above change from one form to the other.

The two cards above are an important synergistic part of the deck. The left card acts as a means of grabbing a copy of the Akane on the right while providing her with some extra power. Another thing to note, if running PP/SE14-19C , it requires Akane on the field to avoid its card condition. Consider adding a good number of Akane cards if you want to run that card.

The cards above are your only option of refilling hand. Unfortunately, despite the fact that the climax combo adds soul, because of Kogami’s condition, he is forced to only direct or front making soul damage more explosive, but also giving risk to him being reversed.

As for the rest of the deck, there aren’t far too many filter effects or removal. Most of Psycho-Pass’s means of dealing with the opposing board is to strictly beat them down entirely. But hey, if you like that style or enjoy the series, why not give it a try?
