The “Rize” profile is another filtering mill effect that acts similar to the Akatsuki profile and Chiyuri profile. However, the main differences lie in the fact that Rize only checks up to three, and the discard cost comes after the reveals. Interestingly enough, this profile tends to maintain its namesake even with the change in its activation timing. Both on-play, reverse, etc., versions of this profile still maintain the Rize name.
GU/WE26-020R, the original version above, first appeared in the Is the Order a Rabbit Extra Booster set in 2016. Keep in mind that unlike the Akatsuki or Chiyuri profiles, there is no discard cost associated with the card effect. Whereas both Akatsuki and Chiyuri profiles requires you to discard to activate its costs, meaning adding a card in necessary if you wish to maintain hand, Rize’s ability to discard comes at the end of its effect text. If you do not care for any of the cards revealed with her effect, you can simply add a card from the revealed cards and discard it. This gives Rize a bit more flexibility in case you worry about discarding a key card in hand for a less useful option from the top cards of your deck.
Newer Rizes usually carry effects that proc on-reverse or when sent to waiting room. Her filtering effects may also target colours or names aside from just traits.

Overall, when compared to the Akatsuki or Chiyuri profile, Rize may seem a little weaker due to its ability to only check up to three. But the benefit of this profile over the others is it gives you a bit more leniency in its ability. The discard occurs at the end of the full effect and lets you simply recycle a card from the top three rather than discarding if needed.
It is still possible for a reveal of a mix of climaxes or events, which is rather unfortunate because the discard will still be necessary. Rize’s quite a powerful profile which, when utilized in the right scenario, can be quite a valuable asset.
