Through ridiculous high jinks, Kaguya and Miyuki try to outwit each other with their 5D mental chess matches while the rest of the council gets caught in the crossfire. The chaotic mental warzone continues to unfold, derailing any bulletproof schemes and creating staggering affairs. Even in the mess of it all, the members of the council forge and strengthen genuine bonds.
As the main focus of this deck, Kaguya is ready to lead her band to victory. Her climax combo allows her to deal three damage for free; although, in exchange, there’s a condition that must be fulfilled. To perform her combo, you must have four specific events in memory, which will be covered shortly.

The members of the student council made some wonderful memories, and they will empower Kaguya’s finisher while providing other benefits. The event on the left allows you to add the top card of your deck if it’s either a character or an event, and while in memory, it provides global power during your turn. The event in the middle gives a 1500 power boost to two of your characters while allowing you to salvage a character. Finally, the event on the right prevents one of your characters from being chosen by the opponent’s effects; this is also paired with a Musashi effect. All of these events are sent to memory when played and have corresponding bonders that can be found below.

The final event that’s needed for Kaguya’s level 3 can be found in the middle. When played, it reveals up to four cards, and you can add a character from the revealed cards. It should be noted that this event can only be played if a Kaguya or Miyuki card is on stage, and the event will be sent to memory if there is no copy of itself present within your memory. Kaguya’s level 1 combo on the left focuses on adding the previously mentioned event. Her combo allows you to either search or salvage the event. She can also gain a 2000 power boost if an event is played, working during your opponent’s turn as well (this effect can only happen once per turn).
The cards above aid in getting the needed events into hand. Kaguya on the left is an event Rize profile. The boys on the right allow you to pay a stock to swap an event in your hand with one in your waiting room, and they can also send themselves to stock when you play an event.
The cards above contain effects that help with getting your events into memory. The girls on the left allow you to swap any of the four mentioned events from memory with a copy of themselves in your waiting room. Its ACT ability allows you to pay its cost to salvage a character. Miyuki on the right is a level 3 assist and allows you to play events without meeting its color requirement. Miyuki also allows you to tap himself and discard a climax to salvage a character back to hand.
With the deck’s climax triggers being pure arc triggers, we have cards that can provide filtering options whenever you trigger arcs. Kaguya on the left provides global power and her filter allows you to ditch a card, look up to two cards, and add one of them to hand. Hayasaka on the right gives her filter effect to your field when she attacks. Her filter effect allows you to ditch a climax to salvage a character.
With a large portion of the deck committed to the end game setup, backups aren’t too important, but these effects can still provide good use. Yu on the left allows you to ditch two cards to send an opposing early played character to their waiting room. Kaguya on the right allows you to pay her costs to refresh your deck without taking damage.
Kaguya and the rest of the student council have some other cards that help set up for the end game push. Kaguya’s stock charger can provide a consistent source of extra stock as her on reverse stock charge is constant as long as the Photoshoot event is in your memory. Chika’s salvage brainstormer allows you to hand fix when you play an event (this effect can only happen once per turn). Kaguya’s early play can help you salvage your finisher’s climax on-play for a single stock.
While the condition for Kaguya’s finisher can be a bit daunting at first glance, you have effects at your disposal to ensure that the album of memories she creates is completed. Using the combined efforts of the members of the council, they will lead you to victory.
