Fuuka steps into the glistening ring with her gloved fists, ready to rumble. She does a little dance, throws a few air punches into the air, and takes a deep breath as she prepares for the bout. The dazzling lights above shine and sparkle. The atmosphere of the arena is burning and exploding with energy from her adoring fans. Over in the other corner, her opponent is preparing as well. They stare into each other’s eyes, their passion for the martial arts resonating in perfect harmony. Soon enough, they are called, and Fuuka steps up to the stage, pressing her fists together, ready for the first round.

Markers. Fuuka loves markers. Fuuka desires nothing more but to strengthen herself by stacking as many markers under herself as possible. Our grand hero is shown above in all her fighting fury. Fuuka is an early play that grows whenever you attack, forcing the card from the top of your deck underneath herself as a marker. With each marker, Fuuka grows in power. Lastly, you can choose to burn all the stored up energy underneath Fuuka when the climax on the right is in play and burn out your opponent with a flurry of blows equal to the number of markers released (Fuuka does one point of damage for each marker removed).

However, the finisher Fuuka isn’t the only Fuuka that can grow during the match. Both Fuukas above here are also capable of gaining markers upon reversing their respective opponents.

VS/W50-007R 基本の構え アインハルト

Sometimes Fuuka loses a match. It happens to even the best of fighters. But Miss Einhart above is the perfect solution to this dilemna as she revives any fallen Fuuka with a marker while also placing herself underneath them as an additional marker to support them further. Every champion needs friends after all. Furthermore, her second ability helps to embolden a Fight (格闘) character with a burst of power, ensuring that Fuuka achieves victory.

Einhart also supports the team through her level 1 combo. Just like Fuuka, she must reverse her opponent (with the climax to the right) to search your deck for any Fight character. More importantly, she combos with a bar, which works great in conjunction with the following cards below. She can also be bonded to by another character.

Considering that the deck is running eight bars anyway, the two above cards are great supports to consider for the deck. The brainstorm on the left exclusively works for the two climaxes provided, helping to empower your Fight characters and search out hand simultaneously. When a bar is triggered, the bathing pair let you swap a card in hand for one in your clock. The Fuuka support on the right grants power, but more importantly, she lets you scry up to twice a turn whenever a High King Style (覇王流) character is placed on stage from hand (both Fuuka and Einhart essentially), helping to set-up for markers and ensuring other top-check effects. She also helps to boost your characters’ powers when a bar climax is triggered.

This Fuuka is another interesting addition to the deck. She pumps a character’s power on stage when she is played, but more importantly, her second ability lets you swap her into a level 1 or lower Fuuka from your waiting room at the start of your climax phase, potentially helping you cheat out your marker Fuuka early.

In addition to the main finishing marker Fuuka, the above pair combination of both Einhart and Fuuka have a chance on-play effect to give additional beneficial effects to the player. The ability is rather random, but with enough deck manipulation and a bit of luck, you could have a good chance of procuring all of its on-play’s beneficial effects.

VS/W50-028U ウラカン

Urakan appears here to support her master. Urakan is a boost that forcibly rests one of your High King Style characters to send another of that trait’s character from the waiting room underneath either the 1/1 Fuuka Marker or the level 3 finisher Fuuka. Depending on the situation, Urakan can turn the tide of battle, and effectively continue to nurture your Fuuka’s growth, or in the case of the finisher, add another marker for a high powered blast the following turn. Furthermore, since Einhart&Fuuka checks for the High King Style trait or green events, Urakan is counted towards those checks.

Backups are highly encouraged as Fuuka continues to grow with every reverse, even during your opponent’s turn. Rio does brick the Einhart&Fuuka finisher; however, she is a free 2000 powered backup. The Fuuka in the center grants extra power based on the number of characters on your field, usually hitting 2500 assuming you have full field. The Fuuka to the right mills your deck, which could be good, depending on the situation, and is a solid 3000 powered backup.

Bring your opponent into the ring, and show them the power of the mighty Fuuka and her High King Style. Tag in Einhart as needed, and pummel your opponent’s cards to victory. Make sure to stack those markers to buff up your girls. Make sure to keep in mind regarding the top checks for some of the cards in the deck. Only Einhart and Fuuka carry the High King Style trait. Lastly, remember that Fuuka forcibly markers whatever is on top of your deck. Even though climaxes may sometimes be placed in, keep pushing and use those markers to drive your opponent out of the ring with Fuuka’s signature knockout punch.
