Uma Musume – White Lightning – (R/G) [03/26/2026]

Here she comes! Sparks of white begin to form at her feet as she enters a trance. At this moment, time slows to a crawl as Tamamo’s movements begin to speed up. And within a second’s notice, she speeds thoroughly ahead, far beyond the expectations of anyone else, dashing straight towards the finish line.

Storming into the front, Tamamo dashes without a care in the world with only a single intent: to cross the finish line first before anyone else. As such, Tamamo is more than ready to give up everything in her final burst, as exemplified by her finisher above. Harnessing all the experience she has gathered in her short racing career, Tamamo lets you pay a cost to ping your opponent or, if you wish to take the ultimate gamble, Tamamo will burn all that experience away and throw everything away for her final move. When you do so, Tamamo will burn out the rest of her energy and stamina, sacrificing everyone else on your stage, and swap herself with a copy of the Tamamo in the center as she enters the zone. This Tamamo has reached the highest point of focus by which you can pay her costs to ping your opponent one last time and manipulate the top three cards of your opponent’s deck with a Moca effect as she traverses into the future.

Following right behind Tamamo is her beloved trainer, Masami. The first event on the left helps you nab a copy of Tamamo’s finisher climax from your deck while pumping power to one of your characters. The event on the right lets you salvage two characters whose levels are equal or lower than the number of your finisher Tamamo(s) in your waiting room. However, that’s not all. If Masami is watching from the sidelines in the level zone, she’ll grant additional effects to your Tamamo [タマモクロス] cards. 3/0 Masami will imbue any Tamamo of your choice with the ability to refund hand from the top of your deck when they reverse their opponent (assuming the card revealed is level three or higher). 2/1 Masami is more specific, only supporting your finisher Tamamo, but her boost will grant a bit of power and most importantly, backup protection for her. A good trainer paves the way for their horse and watches from the sidelines after, putting full faith in their partner.

To realistically make this more consistent, the above Tamamo will be deployed with its level swap ability to ensure that you can get Masami and others into your level zone. Additionally, with enough experience, Tamamo can grant cross-turn power and hand encore to one of your cards when she attacks (this can work funnily enough with the finisher in play as you can hand encore one of your other characters through Tamamo’s board wipe).

As a reward for her trainer’s efforts, Tamamo gains additional abilities for the cards shown above. Tamamo sweating is a stock charger that also gains hand filter on attack if the 3/0 Masami is in the level zone. 2/1 Tamamo refunds her stock cost if you have a full board and gains power if your stage is full. Furthermore, if she can see her trainer on the side like Sweating Tamamo, you get a free cantrip from the top three cards of your deck.

For Tamamo, everything is about experience. It is about transforming the memories and events of the past into motivation to move forward. The grimacing smile Tamamo is more than ready to take on higher level opponents; in fact, you might say she’s literally looking forward to it while also making sure to prevent her opponent from encoring. She can also discard a card to spawn a level zero or lower character from your waiting room onto stage. Finally, Tamamo staring forward on the right lets you pay a cost and search out your deck for a character at the end of her attack if her opponent is reversed or the lane is empty.

Small but tenacious, Tamamo above comes out early if you have a nearly full stage, provides a heal to hand, and then, at the start of your climax phase, she can swap herself from level zone with any card from your waiting room (to ensure that you have Masami in her most important zone).

You may be wondering why are the advantage combos are all the way near the end here. The reason for that is, well, both combos for Tamamo are a point of a discussion. The more standard combo is on the left with Tamamo with a Cigarettes ability. On the right, this Tamamo support has a combo when you can grant a character a hand fix and hand gain upon reversing a character. Why is there a hard decision point to make here? Both Tamamo cards here have their merits. 1/0 Tamamo works very well with the deck’s plan since you’ll be incentivized to run many high level cards, and if you do manage to mill cards totalling level two or more, Tamamo gains an additional soul allowing you to push for hard damage in the early game. Meanwhile, Tamamo on the right helps transform the higher level cards in the early game into potentially more useful cards from your waiting room for the following turn (you can also discard cards like Masami so she doesn’t get stuck in hand). She also can combo at level zero as another point to make as well while hiding in the backrow, making it easier to recur your combo. Their different climax icons can also have additional uses. While 1/0 Tamamo’s standard door trigger is great to help recover useful characters, the bar trigger for 0/0 Tamamo gives you a guaranteed climax in hand (useful as discard material that doesn’t get stuck in stock). Either way, feel free to experiment. Just keep in mind that 0/0 Tamamo’s combo does require that her target gets a reverse off.

As stated earlier, Tamamo is addicted to chasing power, and this can also be found in the early game as well. Young foal Tamamo is a Rize profile for level threes and reverses targets whose level is equal or less than the number of copies of herself in waiting room (making her an excellent target for 0/0 Tamamo bar combo). Tamamo chewing is a climax swapper that can also discard any level three card on attack to salvage any character with Tamamo [タマモクロス] in its name from waiting room to hand.

Reaching the final stretch, Tamamo’s search Riki profile gains power if she’s in the center stage. She has an additional ability with another combo, but it’s not suggested for this deck. Tamamo staring at you is a standard Riko profile, great for transforming our high level cards in hand to something more useful. Lastly, Tamamo’s cheeky pose is a salvage brainstormer that grants power to your characters when they trigger level three or higher cards.

Just as we reach the finish line, Tamamo’s level three assist on the left grants us climax trigger support and also a free clock swap ability should we meet her experience requirements. Tamamo and Oguri Cap teaming up grants power on play to one of your characters and is a J.C. profile that clocks itself.

For protection, if any at all, baby Tamamo crying is a mill counter based on your opponent’s characters on stage while also keeping Tamamo shielded from the elements.

There’s no suggestions. The entire deck is literally above you. You can definitely assemble the rest with your own ratios and whatnot. As for the game plan, listen, when you’re at the top of the game, you just win, and that’s the thing for Tamamo. You seize the victory by rushing forward above all others, regardless of where they stand. Competition riles her up, and that’s your job right there. Assert authority, and stamp your hoof down the pages of history.
