Oshi no Ko – B-Komachi 2.2.0. (Y) [04/13/2025]

Oshi no Ko has returned with some additional support for the cast. Featuring events from the second series, B-Komachi 2.0. has grown and improved their own skills, getting closer towards taking over or even growing above and beyond the original unit. With an expansion of more cards to work with, B-Komachi is also reborn with another new finisher as well.

Before getting the show on the road for this post, if you haven’t already done so, we highly recommend you check out the post above, as this post introduces new tools that can be introduced and builds off of B-Komachi’s debut deck.

Replacing Kana, the new finisher Ruby takes her spot as a new finisher option. Ruby’s finishing ability lets you pay a cost by discarding two hand to deal two points of damage, and if that damage is cancelled, you may deal another two points of damage. With Ruby’s cute smile, Ruby looks to charm your opponent with those extra points of damage, hopefully securing the game.

In place of the early Kana combo, Memcho is a replacement that offers an alternative way of getting additional early game advantage. While Kana offers selection, Memcho gives you the potential of netting a large amount of hand, perfect for refilling your hand in preparation for the late game for Ruby.

Choice support has arrived. As the deck runs explicitly eight choice climaxes, the cards above benefit you upon any climax triggering or playing of the climax. Ruby begins as a stock charger to potentially give you additional stock advantage should you meet her conditions when she attacks with a climax. 0/0 Kana in the center has a climax combo that is not run in this deck profile, but her second ability allows you to pay out your choice triggers to allow you to draw a card. Lastly, 1/0 Kana gives herself a choice trigger icon in any zone, and while she’s on your stage, when you play a climax with a choice trigger, you may lower the power of one of your opponent’s characters in the front stage. Through a combination of these cards, you can greatly extend your advantage with your climaxes.

Some more backrow support can be found with both Memcho and Ruby shown above. Memcho offers an every turn drop search ability whereas Ruby offers you an every turn ability to check three, add a card to hand. Both are great options to play in conjunction with that of your level one Memcho combo, helping to transform the random hand you get from her combo into something more beneficial for your turn or for future turns.

Some more pieces of support for the unit begin with Kana sitting smugly with her script. Kana’s card here is a 3500 beater during your turn that lets you hand fix upon reversing her opponent. Her other ability gives her a fleeing ability during your opponent’s turn if there is a character in front of her, letting you potentially save her on field for another turn. Memcho in the dazzling light has a spawning ability on play if you have two or more experience, letting you bring out a costless character from your waiting room. Memcho in a Halloween outfit is a level two beater that can also potentially fix your experience requirements. Level three Kana is an early play if your opponent has a level three on stage. During your turn, she gains an immense amount of power and protection from events and backups during battle. You may also discard a card to heal your top card in clock to stock. Ruby with her smug smile is a profile that lets you check x and add a card to hand equal to the number of your opponent’s characters on field. Lastly, Kana screaming, a perfect representation of how I feel everyday, is a burst powered beater that has a costly salvage ability when sent to waiting room.

B-Komachi got tons of new toys to play with. Help Ruby and her friends strive to become the best B-Komachi unit they can be, honouring her mother and turning their crew into superstars.
