Beware as you casually walk down the streets in town late in the evening. A rambunctious gang of rabbit girls, dangerous elementary schoolers, are more than ready to pounce and attack. Using their cuteness, innocence, and love of all things adorable, they’ll steal your heart as you’ll be forced to open up your pockets and buy them each candy. Military commander and strategist Megumi Natsu, First mate and head of the assault troops Maya Jouga, and lastly, Supreme Leader and Master of All that is Coffee-Related Chino Kafuu, form the infamous Chimame-Tai, a group whose strength can only be quelled by 9 o’clock bedtime and childish distractions.

I don’t think any better trio of finishers best showcases the individual strengths and bonds of the three members than that of the “Wonderland” series of finishers above. Instead of beginning with the card on the left, we will begin with the leader of the troupe, Chino in the center. Chino is extremely important because Chino kick-starts the entire endgame sequence. Aside from allowing you to search for a character on play, Chino allows you to discard two hand when her group’s climax (pictured below) is played in the climax zone and spawn out both Maya (left) and Megu (right) onto the stage from your waiting room without paying their costs. As such, the troupe’s finishing abilities are rather cheap as Chino essentially trades your hand for two bodies, a very great deal.
Maya is the main finisher of the deck with her additional damage ability on swing. Megu has a Fumio ability when she’s played if you pay her costs. Keep in mind that both Maya and Megu do require EXPERIENCE [経験] for some of their abilities, specifically EXPERIENCE 6 or higher.

In terms of the early play combo, we have a few suggestions for co-commanders of Chimame-Tai. Maya has a Cigarettes ability with her climax combo, allowing you salvage either a Bloom (Bloom) character or a Blue character that corresponds to the specific level milled or less. Keep in mind that Maya’s combo requires EXPERIENCE for her combo. Megu is a Yunyun combo that gives you both hand and stock. Their respective climaxes are shown below. One other note to mention is that traits don’t particularly matter too much to the deck as most of the synergies for the deck rely upon blue characters.

For some Chimame supports, Chino is an essential card to ensure that we reach the experience requirements for the deck. She also acts as a Helmet profile to help salvage some of our troops. Megu is a global power support that also grants arc support, letting you filter your hand when you trigger arc climaxes.

I’ll be honest. Chimame-Tai has supports up the roof in terms of both ways to filter hand and also generate value on field. The world is truly your oyster in terms of deck building or chasing fluffy bunnies for the trio of girls. I’ve put some of my own personal picks here, but there’s really no wrong choices. The first Chino on the left is rather interesting as a way to net two characters from your deck essentially for free if you so happen to mill a climax when she enters the field. Chino in the center is a spawn Riki profile on play, but more importantly, if you meet her experience requirement later in the game, she’s a free filter on play as well. Lastly, Chino and Saki is a way to filter through your deck and grab all types of cards including climaxes and events. Keep in mind that all these cards synergize with some traits (not all), but they all target blue characters.

For some ways to preserve board, Chino in the bath is irreversible by cost zero characters. Megu doubles as both a large beater during your turn should you meet her experience requirements while acting as a clock filter as well. Chino eating a rabbit is a classic Clean Cut profile, ready to save your other cards upon reversing her opponent.

In terms of defensive counters, there are many that come to mind within the Chimame-Tai’s arsenal. Beginning with their signature counter, the Chimame-Tai have a Compass-esque counter that mills the deck and potentially nullifies all damage (the art displayed features a temporary adopted member of the Chimame-Tai, Cocoa). Chino swirling around surrounded by rabbits is an anti-change counter that bottom decks all your opponent’s evil weapons. Lastly, Chino in her Wonderland outfit is a free-fresh counter that fills your deck back with climaxes.
Chimame-Tai also has several tools up their sleeves. The little girls may look cute and innocent, but that doesn’t mean they aren’t dangerous. Chino in her witch outfit is a drop searcher profile to fetch herself and the other girls. Chino in her traditional tea serving outfit can spawn another character from the top of your deck if you have one or less other characters. Furthermore, when she’s reversed, and if you mill a level two or higher card, she flies to the top of your stock. Megu is the deck’s brainstorm of choice as she can search out any blue character. Megu posing with her twintails is a drop salvage profile that can also fly to stock whenever your opponent plays a climax. Chino with her clock carries an on-play scry ability and alarm ability while at the clock. Her alarm ability lets you freely fix your hand at the start of your climax phase if you have her at the top of your clock. Lastly, Maya in her pyjamas is a perfect counter against your opponent’s early plays, making sure to beat them down while rearranging the top three cards of your deck and bouncing another threat on play.
The Chimame-Tai squad is here, and they’re ready to rumble. Each of the members carry their own unique abilities that when combine create the ultimate team. Whether it be catching criminals by night, helping and cuddling cute bunnies, and saving townsfolk from inconvenience, Chimame-Tai is ready to brawl. Beware the night! You better be behave because they are coming.
