Puella Magi Madoka Magica (Madoka for short) is a series involving the adventures of Madoka Kaname and her friends. In this dark world, young girls such as that of Madoka Kaname are brought to another dimension where they gain magical girl powers and fight against shadowy dark creatures. The girls sign contracts with a mysterious alien-like creature by the name of Kyubey to become magical girls, however, there is a darker secret that lies within the magical girl bond.
Madoka came out in 2012 and as of date, it has a total of four sets with three different trial decks. It’s latest product was TV Anime Magia Record: Puella Magi Madoka Magica Side Story released in August 2020.

Most of the characters if not all are under one trait, Magic (魔法). The original series of Madoka Magica split with the recent releases of Magia Record although they are both playable together. Characters may have their own character specific sub trait like Kyoko with Sweets (お菓子).
The newest set did provide a new archetype with Doppel (ドッペル). These cards play their own way and work alongside specific character cards in that set.
The series is known for many heal based effects. The card above is another signature card from the set which both replaces itself with the top card of your clock and placing itself into memory.
